bad job, neal. thanks to governor heineman my tax dollars won’t be wasted on dead-beat parents (or broken families) and their loser children.

no, they’ll still be wasted on things like jail, court social services, special ed….
if anything, a safe haven law for 18 & under might have been more cost effective.
