Even though all along, Sun Valley’s defense has been that they shouldn’t have to pay worker’s compensation because their former employee was an illegal immigrant, Sun Valley owner Hugh Morton claimed he just learned last week that the employee was illegal.
So apparently we are to believe Morton was completely unaware that his company had been fighting this in two court cases since 2007.
I’m shocked – SHOCKED! – to hear that illegal immigrants have been used in the landscaping industry.
