Gov. Dave Heineman said Monday morning that he hasn’t had time to read the anti-illegal immigrant proposal to be voted on in his hometown of Fremont.The governor said he couldn’t say whether he would support such an idea, or whether he would support a controversial law recently passed in Arizona that allows local law enforcement officers to question a person’s immigration status.
